The Halal Science Center Chulalongkorn University (HSC-CU) is the research and network core for Halal science in Thailand, with more than ten laboratories of co-operation at several universities and institutions throughout the country. It is committed to the technological research and development of Halal-related sciences and verification of Halal food products to comply with Islamic provision. The HSC-CU is also active in generating and transferring knowledge and innovation on Halal products to the public through classes and seminars. HSC-CU, is as one of the leading organizations on research and network core for Halal science in Thailand, and expects to provide to members and their networks in building up capacity in terms of research, academic writing by international standards, increasing networks to share/publish research publications in international conferences.
